Our Onboarding Process
To make things official, please complete our Employment Contract, Code of Conduct and Personal Information Form.
The next step is our onboarding training which includes three compulsory sessions with The Real Estate Coach, training on our systems, and additional tasks which will prepare you for the marketplace.
Finally, it is time to introduce you to your future clients. How? We provide you with the tools you need to reach your audience.
